After creating different maps with averages of 15, 50, and 100, we are still encountering issues with the homogeneity of the Jones matrix. We suspect there may be problems with the LabVIEW code conducting measurements during the translation stage movement. Therefore, we are trying a new measurement approach by increasing the wait time.
